I guess my B16a piston nO.1 melted because my No.1 Injector got loose and there wasn't much fuel to cool down that piston. The previous b16a bottom end and top part was stock so it lasted a year of abuse, it could've lasted longer though and Joel from Hondata Singapore did a pretty good job in tuning my engine.
I sent my block to Miri and they did an ok ok job on it. Told me that my no.4 journal needed an oversized but in fact, it was a little bit too tight but not so alarming after a proper really slow break in. Here's the engine after cleaning and the works:
